Job Responsibilities
RT Logic is a leading supplier of ground signal processing systems (RF, DSP, and digital domains) for satellite operations including factory test, launch, bus and payload operations, mission data processing and assured mission capabilities. Our products are constantly pushing the real-time performance envelope. We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Project Manager in our new Advanced Networks business area. The right candidate is a strategic leader with a strong technical background and the potential to become the Advanced Networks business area manager with P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:
•Manage the technical, schedule, and cost objectives for multiple simultaneous projects and interface directly with customers to ensure job requirements are met.
•Creates sales/business opportunities, customer contact, determines customer needs, applies company products/technology to customer solutions.
•Prepare cost estimates and technical/cost proposals.
•Work directly with customers and RT Logic engineers to architect tailored product and system level solutions.
•Develop & deliver customer oriented presentations (design reviews, status reports, kickoff meetings, test plans) and technical correspondence
•Ensure a smooth delivery of our solutions by setting and understanding the clients requirements and expectations.
•Demonstrate effective leadership of highly skilled project teams
•Drive R&D initiatives based on customer needs
•Help manage the product roadmap for digital wideband data processing and networking products
Qualifications
Requirements:
•B.S. Engineering
•15+ years of progressive experience in applying IP network related technology in real-time, mission critical applications
•Previous Project management experience
•Experience with Embedded Software, Inter-processor Communications, Operating Systems and IP Network Programming.
•Excellent communication skills
•Demonstrated experience in systems engineering and systems architecture
•U.S. Citizenship is required
•Ability to obtain and maintain an SCI Clearance
