OpsLog offers satellite operators a Web-based tool for collecting and viewing key system events and operator log messages as part of your real time operations environment. OpsLog works in concert with EPOCH T&C and enables satellite controllers, operators, managers and supervisors to efficiently maintain and access an annotated historical record of critical operations activities.
OpsLog keeps those supporting your operation informed of operator activities and current operations status. Managers, supervisors, and other support staff can readily review the operations log easily and conveniently from their home or office using a standard browser to access this information over the LAN or other secure interface. Similarly personnel, local or remote, responding to an anomaly or other critical event can come up to speed quickly without disturbing operations.
OpsLog helps your operations staff stay focused on ongoing operations. By automatically filtering the various events reported by the real-time system and including only those in which you are interested, OpsLog alleviates the time consuming and error prone effort needed to extract and record key information manually. OpsLog also supports the addition of both text messages and images to the operations log, and provides a pick list for quickly including commonly used text.
